Take a look at this Eastman El Rey 2 Deluxe Jazz Classic. We've put it on sale (was $1595) as it's brand new but has just a few, seriously small nicks on the top, between the pickups (see photos). Otherwise this is brand new, in perfect condition. Really. Otto D'Ambrosio and Eastman Guitars teamed up to design the great El Rey series - a slight departure from their famous archtops. This is a completely handcarved electric guitar (with a Spruce top and Maple back, sides, neck) and is perfect for the player who wants a cutting edge instrument. It has a patent pending "neck block cutaway" construction, and is really ideal for any musical application. This ER2 is top notch all the way with Kent Armstrong pickups, gold plated Gotoh hardware, a 25" scale length, and a tune-o-matic style bridge mounted on a standard archtop bridge base. A short tailpiece is fastened to the end block like a standard jazz guitar. This Eastman El Rey 2 Deluxe Jazz Classic is lightweight, versatile and handcrafted, in a really sharp finish.
