The Deering Goodtime banjo is a no-frills, high quality banjo with a Rock Maple neck made by the banjo experts. This is low on bling and high on tone. We have sold these to beginners and professionals alike who agree that it's a great sounding traditional banjo at a reasonable price. You've got an 11" frosted head, a violin grade Maple rim and steel tension hoop. The nutwidth 1 1/4" and at 4 1/2 pounds, this is lightweight enough to easily take anywhere. Case not included, but add in a Deering Open Back Banjo Gig Bag for just a little more.
