Eastman Acoustic (flattop/flatback) guitars are the latest addition to our line of fine instruments. Each guitar is hand-crafted using highly figured tone woods and solid Spruce tops. These acoustic guitars feature fine appointments such as gold tuners, wood binding, and beautifully inlaid wood sound hole rosettes. Details such as individually hand-carved X style bracing and dovetail neckjoints help to make these guitars sound terrific. To create these beautiful finishes, Eastman luthiers use spirit varnish with two coats of lacquer. The lacquer is buffed back almost to the spirit varnish leaving the protection of lacquer and the luster of spirit varnish. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer handmade guitar for this kind of price. Hard shell case included.
