This is another amazing example of classic perfection. This Don Grosh Retro Classic- S Shape is a beautiful Mary-Kaye blonde with a Medium Large Birdseye Maple neck. Acoustically the guitar is what you expect from Grosh. It is alive and resonant. Playability is nothing short of perfection.

The Overall Sound: We cannot speak highly enough of the new Grosh pickups. We have done many side by side tests with other famous makers, and there is no question that the ultra-picky folks at Grosh did their homework on these. After all, it was probably a year and a half before they even sent us a prototype. These pickups are the perfect compliment to a guitar leaving no room to step up. Finally, We received this Don Grosh Retro Classic- S Shape just prior to the announcement that Birdseye and other figured necks will be much higher in price from now on if available at all. We will still have this priced at the 2008 neck prices which may be half of what a new order would be! -John F.
