If you have a Dr. Z amplifier, you'll love this. Run the male end out of any single output to split the signal to two cabinets. Many folks use the Hosa Y cables for this application, but that's, as Jason would say, "bad news, bears". Those cables aren't meant to handle a load from an amplifier. These are! So, here's the deal...if you run out of an 8 ohm jack from your amp, you'll have to plug into two 16 ohm cabs because the impedance level is halved using this custom y-cable. Same as if you run out of a 4 ohm jack from your amp...the two split signals would have to feed two 8 ohm cabinets. Very cool! - -Brian S. $39.95
