We say it about everytime, because it's true, but the consensus around the store is that this Grosh ElectraJet Special Ltd. Ed. (#1 of only 5) is hands-down one of the most killer guitars we've seen from Don. This is an incredible melding of classic and his EJ innovation. It's a Mahogany body with a classic trans Vintage Cherry finish and it's loaded with Grosh G-90s, their incredible take on the P-90. This plays like a dream with a Medium/Large roundback neck, 12" radius Indian Rosewood fretboard and medium frets. Sustain? Check. Resonance? Check. Perfect weight? Just a smidge under 7 lbs - check. Pigtail wraparound bridge, locking Kluson tuners, speed knobs - all the perfection Don puts into his work is here in spades. This comes with a very cool Deluxe black hard case with tooled edging.

This is such a fun guitar! There isn't one thing I'd change about it. The weight is just right, plus the Electrajet body shape is super comfortable whether you're sitting at home or strapped for the stage. I teamed this rock machine up with the Germino Lead 55LV for a spin and drew out the best classic rock tones you could think of. Remember when Carlos Santana played at Woodstock with a Mahogany body guitar outfitted with P90s through a big ole British stack? THIS is the sound. - Brian S.
