Seuf 4-String Basses - OF-16

We're frankly thrilled to have our first Seuf OF-16 Bass here in the store. Fueled by Lindy Fralin Vintage pickups with a Medium C neck, this sounds incredible with great textured tone and feels like it's been yours from day one. The relic job on this is also outstanding - Dave has given this his 'Played Hard' relic job so it's super comfortable and looks killer with actual finish checking and all (see detail photos). This is a Swamp Ash body with a nitrocellulose Blonde finish, with a Rosewood fingerboard on a Maple neck.

"This is our first bass from Seuf we have received and it is spectacular. The relic job on it is very cool and gives this bass a lot of personality, but where this bass really shines is in its tone. Lately, I have been really big on active basses, but this is the first bass in a long time that got me really excited to play a passive. I am also convinced the relic'ing truly does influence the tone of the instrument- it's not just for looks. Wearing down the finish on the body makes the frequencies more resonant and that definitely comes through when it is plugged in.
