This very cool and very interesting Maestro Mandolute is also referred to as a mandol - basically a fretted oud, related to a larger mandolin but featuring 5 pairs of strings instead of 4. It has many tuning possibilities - this one is currently tuned as if it were a 12 string guitar without the high E. This is a lot of fun and gives you endless tuning variations. Scale length is a whopping 26 1/4"! This is in Excellent Plus condition, with a new tail piece, bridge and nut, plus it comes with a (rough) chip case.
