This Tungsten Cortez 112 Combo Amp is a great deal for anyone seeking an incredible deal on a killer tube amp! This is used but essentially unplayed and in absolutely perfect condition, as new, and the warranty will be honored - this is only 6 weeks old in fact and normally retails for $1,349 new. This is versatile, incredibly well made, and really kills it with blues and distorted classic rock... dial back the volume and you've got nice yet edgy cleans...The design of this was based on the classic 5E3 design, with 6V6 tubes giving you 12 watts and 6L6s giving you 18 watts through a custom designed 12" Weber T12Q Alnico speaker. You've also got a pair of 12AX7 preamp tubes here and a super cool rectifier - a NOS Svetlana '75. This is an amp made for getting exactly what you want out of it too -since it's cathode biased, swapping power tubes is super easy with no rebiasing needed. Sweet and a heck of a sweet deal. This Tungsten Cortez 112 combo is the real deal. USED
