This Collings D2H VN Custom gives you the sound so sought after - bold yet balanced. As always with Collings, every detail is impeccable, from the binding to the tuners to the bridge pins. It has a spectacular medium/wide grained Sitka Spruce top, and the nutwidth is 1 3/4" on a Vintage Now neck. This acoustic, like several of our custom Collings, has forward shifted Adirondack Spruce bracing, but no tongue brace, which we feel gives fantastic resonance and enhanced tone. This has a 1 3/4" nutwidth and Collings' Vintage Now neck, which is just slightly larger than a standard yet not as chunky as a vintage.
