This Martin 00X1AE Java Mahogany acoustic is the perfect one if you're looking for a guitar that sounds great with real resonance, yet is very durable and will go the long haul. The top is solid Sitka Spruce with Java Mahogany high pressure laminate back and sides for great sound and solid durability. The neck here is Martin's famous 'Stratbond', which is wood yet environmentally friendly and practically indestructible. This Java also comes with Fishman Sonitone electronics already installed, with easy volume and tone controls in the soundhole, so you're ready to play out. The scale is 25.4" with a 1 11/16" nutwidth, low oval profile neck, and great Martin build.
