This new Collings 001 acoustic, serial# 21642, is a real joy to play, with a beautiful vintage guitar tone from the great build, Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. It has a classic old-time appearance with playability second to none - super comfortable 14 1/4" wide 00 body with a 4" depth. Add to that the comfy 1 13/16" nut, short scale 24 7/8" neck, and 12-fret design, and this 001 pretty much plays itself.

Tonally, you get a balance that really suits any type of music - it's big, bold, and louder than you'd expect considering its smaller body. Other details include a sharp looking classic slotted headstock, an Ebony pyramid style bridge, and nickel Waverly tuners. This also has a sleek Ebony fretboard with no inlays. This Collings 001 acoustic guitar comes with a hard case and full set up to your specs from our luthiers.
