Here's where you can find gear that we don't normally carry. We're either not an official dealer for these items, or we have them in used. Either way, there's a lot of cool stuff here that we can't guarantee will be around for long!
This 1917 Gibson A Mandolin, serial number 14559, is one of the cleanest A styles I have seen. The finish is bright and shiny, with just enough shrinkage and finish checking to assure that it's original. Recently refretted with more modern frets and slight radius to the fretboard. This was obviously played by a musician that was careful. The case interior is still nice and clean. The exterior of the case has some wear and tear, but is still better than average. -Jim USED

A very nice example made by the famed arch top guitar builder John D'Angelico. This is a two point Lyon and Healy-style mandolin with the violin scroll peg head that D'Angelico used up until 1942, when he switched to a more guitar-style peg head. Serial number is 105. The condition is very good to excellent, with no major issues. Very minimal pick wear in the top, above the sound hole, and some minor touch-up on the side of the neck at the fingerboard joint. Includes original hard case. $15,500. For more information on this, call 1-800-747-9980 or email Jim at . s/n: 105 USED

Exceptional in all ways fit and finish, materials and tone. It is exceedingly rare for us to have a Prucha Varnish F available in our store. If you were to order one of these it would take 2 or 3 years for you to get your hands on it. This Mandolin delivers power, nuance and depth. This mandolin reflects the old world ethic of craftsmanship. Beautiful two piece maple back with a lot of fishbone figure along with the flame. German spruce top with a Calton Deluxe Case. USED
