Taylor K65ce Koa 12 String

Taylor Acoustic-Electric Guitars - K65ce Koa 12 String New!

From one of the most beautiful places on the planet comes one of the prettiest woods on the planet, Hawaiian Koa from which this Taylor K65ce Koa 12 String was crafted. These all-Koa guitars always turn heads every time we get one in. Koa, part of the Acacia wood family, only grows in Hawaii. Although high grade Koa is always hard to find, Taylor actively seeks out some of the best sets available to build these fine guitars out of. Although Koa tops do not have the wide dynamic range of their Spruce top counterparts, these guitars have a sound that is uniquely their own and increasingly sought after. This guitar is about 7 years old and has opened up nicely. - Tim N.

This is used, in Excellent Plus condition and comes with the original hard case. The Koa body is detailed with Maple binding, and the Mahogany neck has an Ebony fretboard with the Koa Series inlay work. Great volume and tone, and all ready to play out with the great Taylor Expression System already installed. This Taylor K65ce Koa 12 String comes with the original hard case as well. USED

Eastman E10D

Eastman Acoustic Guitars - E10D New! ON SALE!

Scratch 'n dent sale! Save some real dough on this great, brand new Eastman E10D Adirondack topped acoustic. This is brand new but it does have a small (quite small actually) ding on the front, up and to the left of the bridge - (see detail photo). This dread is another example of why we love Eastman here - excellent build quality, great materials (Adirondack Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides!) and a price that is unreal. Even at full price this guitar is a steal, but this wee ding gets you another hundred off the regular $795 price ($995 retail). You simply can't get an Ad top guitar at this price. This wood combination is ideal for resonance, volume, tone, and a lifetime of great guitar playing. Case included.

Martin D-18 Authentic

Martin Acoustic Guitars - D-18 Authentic

This Martin D-18 Authentic is considered by many players, collectors and aficionados to be the best new guitar since the real golden era of the 1930s. I can tell you from personal experience that the Martin Co. put out a lot of effort to make this model true to the name "Authentic". They studied and measured fine old 1936 and 37 D-18s, sent out prototypes to dealers and players and eventually came up with a new guitar that feels, looks and sounds like what I can imagine a new D-18 sounded like when grandpa brought one home in 1937. This particular guitar was purchased new from Mass Street by a customer who has owned several 30s and earlier guitars. It has been played, but remains in Near Mint condition, with only very minor signs of play wear. This guitar was picked out of a group of three that we had at the time, and returned to us for sale sounding even more impressive due to a few years of playing. - Jim B. It includes a black Geib style case for $4800. Near Mint gray exterior Calton case included for $5300 total. Consignment item, sorry no free shipping. USED

Collings D1 V SB

Collings Acoustic Guitars - D1 V SB

This Collings D1 V SB is simply spectacular! Super lively and resonant with a Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. The great, full sound of this dread is matched by its incredible appearance. From stem to stern, this is an 11. There's a 1 3/4" nutwidth on this Vintage Now neck, giving you a little more breathing room for super comfortable playing. The VN neck is just a little larger than Collings' standard neck but not as big as some of the chunkier vintage Martin necks. It's more enjoyable for most players than the regular Vintage neck, with the shape slightly rounder (less V) in the lower position, moving towards a modified V shape as you go up the neck. All the killer Collings details are here from impeccable binding and inlay work down to the nickel Waverly tuners. This Collings D1 V SB is one of the best we've ever heard or seen. s/n: 16783

Collings OM1A Cutaway

Collings Acoustic Guitars - OM1A Cutaway

This Collings OM1A Cutaway is one of the finest acoustics we've seen from Collings. Gorgeous wide grained Adirondack Spruce top with rich Mahogany back and sides and a 1 3/4" nutwidth. All the impeccable details are here you'd expect and the sound is just stunning.

"This is one of those guitars that has a 'wow' factor right out of the box. I've always liked the combination of Adirondak Spruce for the top and Mahogany for the back and sides - it gives guitars a lovely bright and clear sound. This has all of that, plus a terrific dynamic range. Don't let the simple, elegant design fool you - this is a real pro guitar. Play it soft, it sounds sweet. Attack it harder, and it instantly responds. I noticed that as we passed it around to the employees, all of whom play different styles, the common response was a big grin. I'm a big fan of the fine guitarist Pete Huttlinger and this guitar is about the same as his, other than the 1-3/4 nut width. A fine and fun guitar." - Jim B.

And from Brian S., "From every aspect, this guitar is an absolute stunner. It has incredibly clean and rich headroom that you normally don't get from an OM. The Ad top combined with Mahogany back and sides is a perfect recipe for an instrument that will project incredibly well. You can lay into this guitar as if you're playing a dreadnought, and the tone holds together perfectly. It's an extremely versatile guitar, making it equally suitable for the stage, studio or the front porch on a Sunday afternoon in the spring time!"

This Collings OM1A Cutaway comes with a Collings hard case.
