This Jacobson Dreadnought was made in 1976 by luthier Paul Jacobson, today known in particular for his classical guitars. The top is Spruce and the back and sides are East Indian Rosewood. This is in Very Good condition, with a few scratches and one smooge on the side, near the top (see photo)-otherwise, this is a very nice guitar and a great player. This is not only an incredible Collings D1ASB, in Excellent Plus condition, but it also comes with a virtually indestructable Calton case. This 1936 Martin 000-18 is in good condition, with a very good neck set, original finish on top and back with a touch up (near fingerboard) on the top from play wear. The sides are refinished with an oversprayed neck and peghead, but none on the headstock overlay. There is a long sidecrack - repaired and refinished, but visible, on the bass side and this is patched on the end. The tuners are non-original Grover openback tuners. This is a great player and was recently refretted. The fingerboard is full thickness and the sound is bright and clear - really beautiful.
