"At last the Keeley Phaser is here! I was so pumped when I saw these arrive, and I have to tell you...believe the hype. This phaser sounds amazing and is extremely versatile. I was able to pull up David Gilmour-ish tones, reminiscent of a vintage Phase 45, which was known as a tamer version of the Phase 90. Subtle enough to keep the parts you're playing in tact and not the complete focus of the riff, which is very cool. But, if you want full-on swirl, it's in there. And boy, it sounds like a million bucks. The tap tempo feature is super cool too! Having the option of timing the phase effect with your riff allowed me to get almost talk-box sweeping sounds! I bet I spent a good 10 minutes with this pedal and I could still spend another 30 finding other cool non-traditional uses in songs utilizing the tap feature. This is a pedal that Tom Morello AND Eddie would equally enjoy." - Brian S.
This is another killer pedal from Robert Keeley. This one let's you to swirl with deep rich phasing or rock out to some cutting, aggressive phasing. You can speed the effect up, slow it down with a brake-like function, and tap in a phase rate/tempo. This Keeley Phaser is one his best yet.

The very cool Xotic EP Booster takes a cue from the way Page, Hendrix and others utilized their Echoplexes as a preamp and gives you incredible full fidelity clean boost in a tiny package - 3.5" by 1.5" inches! This is the perfect way to fatten up your sound without really altering it. Even turned way down, this really expands your frequency. It's true bypass switching, takes a 9V battery but can also use an optional AC adaptor (VDC-18VDC neg. tip). We got these in about an hour ago and already two of our staff are purchasing them after a cursory run though. This uses a low impedance output, and gives you up to +20dB of boost with multi-dimensional, shimmering highs and lows. The internal DIP switches let you choose the boost frequencies, and EQ settings. Check out the clean and crunch soundclips at the Xotic Effects website.
"First off, there isn't an Xotic pedal that I DON'T like. That being said, I had high expectations for this little guy when it arrived. Now that we've all had a chance to put it through the paces, I'm sold on it. A few of us have already bought one...let me tell you why! We plugged this Grosh Electrajet Special Limited Edition into a Dr. Z MAZ 18 NR for a run. With the amp set on the verge of breakup, this pedal helps it soar into overdrive in a very sweet way. It's super transparent and gives a nice 'expanded' quality to your sound...not just louder. All of the feel and tone you have with your rig is enhanced. You may even want to leave this pedal on at all times! The internal dips switches are very cool too and help you dial in the right amount of high/low end boost when you kick it on. Lastly, the footprint of this Xotic EP Booster is so small that you'll have no trouble finding space on your board." - Brian S.

This new Jetter Vibe is amazing. There are whole slew of of Uni-vibe inspired effects out on the market -some are great and some are not so great. I can officially categorize this Jetter Vibe under it's very own designated category, simply titled AWESOME! The throbbing, swirly vibe effect this little guy produces is true to vintage voicing and gets along with overdrive pedals very well. I've been playing guitar for about 20 years and had yet to find a Uni-vibe effect this small for a pedalboard, that sounded so close to the original, until now. This Jetter Vibe is the one. - Brian S.

Check it out this amazing JHS Sweet Tea Distortion/Overdrive pedal! In the world of pedalboards, some sort of Tubescreamer style pedal is pretty much a staple. That allows you to cover your "SRV" and roots rock bases. But, you also need something with higher gain to cover your "Eddie" and "Zakk" bases. Well, how about cover all of those bases with one unit? That's what JHS did with this pedal. Whether you run them independently or together, you'll more than likely find the type of dirt you're seeking. If you play in a rock cover band, this will become your best friend! If you play in an all-original band, you'll also love it because you essentially have three distinct overdrive/distortion combinations to experiment with to hone in on "your" signature sound. Plugged into the Dr. Z MAZ 38 2x12 combo in the store, I conjured up many very usable tones that would work perfectly in my personal band setting. I'm sure you'll dig the JHS Sweet Tea Distortion/Overdrive as much as I do! - Brian S.

"This JHS Morning Glory Overdrive is a sparkly, treble boost-y overdrive with a lot of versatility and tone that, for me, provokes classic Brit-era tones when played with sharply attacked, arpeggiated chordal riffs. Great for the overdrive connoisseur looking for something, generally, little more on the bright side, but isn't interested in committing to a full-blown treble boost. Jason J.
This a very transparent tone-shaping tool that is the result of several years of building, gigging, tweaking and improving on the original Marshall Bluesbreaker design. JHS improved vastly on the BB while maintaining what made it a great pedal in the first place. It now has 5X more headroom! 2X the available gain and a more useful tone control. The new “Bright Cut” toggle allows the perfect level of EQ for your rig.
You'll notice immediately how touch sensitive and dynamic the feel of this pedal is. The frequencies are perfectly balanced and the tone knob reacts as a high frequency roll off. The drive allows you a huge range of tones from “little wing-ish” chime to classic rock era bite. If you’re a Strat player, the JHS Morning Glory Overdrive pedal will bring you sounds that you may have thought impossible and if you like the Les Paul, get ready to discover a new pallet of sounds that you want be able to live without.
