This mode is for standard intervals only though, meaning you can take Standard tuning and drop it by a number of half steps for Eb Standard, D Standard, etc. but just the poly mode will not work for Drop D, DADGAD, or other alternate tunings. It looks like there may be USB firmware updates via the on-board mini USB jack to accommodate for this in the future.
