The Genz Benz Shenandoah 60LT is an incredible, lightweight (29 pounds!) acoustic amp. Genz Benz pared down the weight without losing warm, rich tones. This offers 60 watts of power and projects warm, articulate tone from two 6-1/2 inch speakers and studio-quality stereo 24-bit digital effects processor with 16 preset programs. The preamp has two separate channels, each with a 3-band EQ with sweepable mid-range for flexible feedback control. The preamp offers one XLR mic input (with phantom power) and two 1/4 inch instrument inputs which mix together for additional versatility for use with multiple players.
The cabinet is built for playing out - in addition to being super lightweight, the stage monitor shape allows the amp to sit upright or tilt back at a 30-degree angle and also enhances the tone of the amp. Tilting the cabinet back helps to reduce boomy low frequencies and augments the projection of the mid frequencies.

We have been big fans of many of the products from Genz Benz for quite a while now. They have developed a quick reputation in the industry for extremely high quality products at very reasonable prices. The new El Diablo head is a stellar new product from the genius mind of Jeff Genzler. We feel this new, completely all tube high gain 120 watt (using either a quartet of EL34's or 6L6's) dual channel amp will become the new industry standard for ultra road worthiness and fantastic high gain tone. The features, tone and build quality is simply amazing. Extremely versatile, this head has a set of very usable features that nothing in this price range competes with. And most importantly, these features translate into an incredible sounding amp. The high gain channel simply pummels, but retains a very nice vintage Marshall-like voice while giving the user a lot more control over its gain structure than most amps in this genre. The clean channel really sets this amp apart. Instead of being an afterthought, the clean channel will please many a Fender fan and can also be switched to a "Plexi"-like Marshall crunch for AC/DC approved rhythm tones. The Global feature is a nice addition, fully footswitchable, it allows the user to activate this amp's immense headroom by dialing in a nice mild to aggressive lead boost. With all of these features, along with its footswitchability, the very well thought out side handles, custom hand wound transformers and chassis mounted tube sockets, we feel there isn't anything on the market that sounds as good or is built as nice as this amp for this price. TAKE THAT, MESA!!!
