"Collings has done it again with this Collings D1A SB Varnish. The varnish finish on this guitar is just beautiful. The Collings 1 style sunburst has long been a favorite of mine, and I must say it looks even better in varnish. The guitar absolutely sings. The overtones are rich and bell-like. This is one powerful dreadnought, and a guitar that I believe will be cherished for a very long time." - Tim N.

"I love this Collings OM2H VN. This one in particular just came together perfectly. It has the little extra warmth you might be looking for if you are an Indian Rosewood fan. But it is neither boomy nor lacking definition. Compared to the standard OM2H I find the special features of this guitar contribute to a more mature and open sounding instrument." - Tim N.
This is, simply put, a tremendous player. This has a beautiful Sitka Spruce top with a nice medium wide grain, plus Rosewood back and sides for a really well-balanced sound. Pre-war acoustic fans will particularly appreciate the custom features here including no tongue brace and the Vintage Now neck. The nutwidth here is 1 3/4". This comes with a hard case as well.

This Collings OM1A Varnish is simply incredible! A 1 3/4" nutwidth, a gorgeous Adirondack Spruce top, Honduran Mahogany back and sides, varnish finish. Exceptional sound from this orchestra model. Favored by fingerstyle players, this OM1 model has also captured the attention of flatpickers, with its great balance and wonderful response. The tone is exceptional and the feel is incredibly comfortable. One of the nicest Collings we've seen. Pickguard (not shown) is included.
"Wow, is this guitar a stunner. For an OM, the tone is very big! I imagine that this guitar would record incredibly well, due to the fact that it responds to the player's touch in a way like very few other guitars I've played. The only difference is those few other guitars I mentioned were made in the late 30s...and cost significantly more! Incredible guitar." - Brian S.

This incredible Collings OM2HA Cutaway acoustic is one of the finest we've ever seen - or heard! The Adirondack Spruce top gives this real power and resonance, which is superbly coupled with the East Indian Rosewood back and sides. It's a tremendous player, super comfortable (a 1 3/4" nutwidth too). Really beautiful sound with looks to match! Serial #16930.
"This Collings is definitely a stand out for me. Probably because my last Collings was an OM cutaway and I absolutely loved the huge tone I could get out of a smaller OM style. Typical of nearly all Spruce top Collings OMs, this guitar has a good amount of headroom when played a bit harder. I also love the appearance of the herringbone against the cutaway. What a killer guitar. I love it!" - Brian S.

"When I picked up this Collings CW-18 and started playing it, time stood still. Collings guitars are the best there is... It's so rewarding to be able to pick up and play/feel this level of mastery." - Matthew K.
This stunning used CW-18 is from 1998. This is just a tremendous instrument with an Adirondack top and Mahogany back and sides. This Clarence White is in Mint Minus condition and would be totally Mint save for one small ding (see last photo). It's an incredible player with a superb richness of sound and the incredible Collings craftsmanship evident in every detail. This Collings CW-18 comes with the original hard case. Serial # 4184. $5,700 USED
You can't get much finer than this Collings OM1 SS with an Englemann Spruce top, particularly for fingerstyle. This has a slighter shorter scale at 24 7/8 inches and a 1 3/4 inch nutwidth, a really nice combination for fingerstyle players. This gives you just a little less tension on the strings for real ease in bending, a greater fret reach and just a hair warmer sound all around. While this doesn't have quite as much drive as a regular scale, it has its own unique benefits you just won't find in a regular scale.
"This is a great guitar that has some real nuance to its sound. When this one is played like it's meant to be, with a good touch, it's a hard one to beat." - Matt C.Retail on this OM1 SS is $4,075. Give us a call at 1-800-747-9980 or email us at for our price. s/n: 15986
