This Collings D1 V SB is simply spectacular! Super lively and resonant with a Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. The great, full sound of this dread is matched by its incredible appearance. From stem to stern, this is an 11. There's a 1 3/4" nutwidth on this Vintage Now neck, giving you a little more breathing room for super comfortable playing. The VN neck is just a little larger than Collings' standard neck but not as big as some of the chunkier vintage Martin necks. It's more enjoyable for most players than the regular Vintage neck, with the shape slightly rounder (less V) in the lower position, moving towards a modified V shape as you go up the neck. All the killer Collings details are here from impeccable binding and inlay work down to the nickel Waverly tuners. This Collings D1 V SB is one of the best we've ever heard or seen. s/n: 16783

This Collings OM1A Cutaway is one of the finest acoustics we've seen from Collings. Gorgeous wide grained Adirondack Spruce top with rich Mahogany back and sides and a 1 3/4" nutwidth. All the impeccable details are here you'd expect and the sound is just stunning.
"This is one of those guitars that has a 'wow' factor right out of the box. I've always liked the combination of Adirondak Spruce for the top and Mahogany for the back and sides - it gives guitars a lovely bright and clear sound. This has all of that, plus a terrific dynamic range. Don't let the simple, elegant design fool you - this is a real pro guitar. Play it soft, it sounds sweet. Attack it harder, and it instantly responds. I noticed that as we passed it around to the employees, all of whom play different styles, the common response was a big grin. I'm a big fan of the fine guitarist Pete Huttlinger and this guitar is about the same as his, other than the 1-3/4 nut width. A fine and fun guitar." - Jim B.
And from Brian S., "From every aspect, this guitar is an absolute stunner. It has incredibly clean and rich headroom that you normally don't get from an OM. The Ad top combined with Mahogany back and sides is a perfect recipe for an instrument that will project incredibly well. You can lay into this guitar as if you're playing a dreadnought, and the tone holds together perfectly. It's an extremely versatile guitar, making it equally suitable for the stage, studio or the front porch on a Sunday afternoon in the spring time!"

You can't get much finer than this Collings OM1 SS with an Englemann Spruce top, particularly for fingerstyle. This has a slighter shorter scale at 24 7/8 inches and a 1 3/4 inch nutwidth, a really nice combination for fingerstyle players. This gives you just a little less tension on the strings for real ease in bending, a greater fret reach and just a hair warmer sound all around. While this doesn't have quite as much drive as a regular scale, it has its own unique benefits you just won't find in a regular scale. As always, this Collings OM1 SS is exceptional from stem to stern and comes with a hard case. s/n: 15986

This Collings SJ is superb. A small Jumbo that really delivers on all counts. The German Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides, plus the larger lower bout and tighter waist give you the power and bass of a larger instrument while delivering great midrange, bass and clear highs - really nicely balanced. This, like all Collings, is impeccably crafted from stem to stern with nitrocellulose lacquer finish, double bound fretboard and peghead, bone nut, and so much more. This SJ gives you the very cool 'hair cut' headstock shape and deco inspired fretboard inlays as well. This is an exceptional guitar in tonal quality, playability and appearance. This Collings SJ comes with a hard case.

This Collings DS2HA is a beautiful slope shouldered dread with great dynamic range thanks in part to the incredible Adirondack top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides. This has a wider neck with a 1 13/16" nutwidth and slotted headstock (check out the grain of the Brazilian Rosewood overlay on the headstock here - very nice!). This DS2HA is particularly great for both fingerstyle or flatpicking, with plenty of headroom and great response. Of course all the amazing Collings details are here from the cross-cut grained ivoroid to the nickel Waverly tuners and high gloss nitrocelluslose lacquer finish.
"Showing up at Winfield with this guitar in hand will do two things. - 1) Make you my new best friend, because I LOVE this guitar. 2) Make banjo players fear you...this thing has incredibly rich headroom that will compete volume-wise! The neck profile is larger, but still very comfortable and feels right for this guitar. And for a slope-shoulder, it has a great piano-like quality about it that will set well in a mix. This guitar is strictly business! After years of playing time, nicks and dings, it'll always be ready for more because Collings' build quality is second to none. Their guitars are heirloom pieces worthy for generations to come." -Brian S. This Collings DS2HA comes with a hard case.
