The Planet Waves Dual-Action Capo is the product of an ongoing collaboration between famed product designer Ned Steinberger and D'Addario. The compound action reduces the force necessary to open and close the capo. It also eliminates side-pulling the strings out of tune, which is prevalent on other trigger-type capos. This Planet Waves Metronome - Tuner combo is super compact, well designed and even has a little stand built in the bottom. The tuner is super easy to use and be adjusted for a wide variance from +/- 30 Hz (410-470) - more than most will need, but it's there if you do. This also has a pitch pipe mode. The note, markings are quite large and easy to read. The metronome functions are equally great, with variable volume, mute, and beats 20 to 250 per minute. You can also change the beats per measure and change the type of beat (quarter note through 32nd note). The metronome visuals are outstandingly simple to follow as well. This company has always had outstanding design and the Planet Waves Metronome - Tuner is another knockout.
