With award winning pedals like the TRM-1 Tremulator, and one of the best Fuzz pedals we have ever heard in the FUZ-1 Fuzzulator, Demeter Amplification has been big in studio electronics since 1980. Their name has become synonymous with quality, and rightfully so, as everything they produce gets the job done right. We like the folks at Demeter, and think these pedals are a real value.

Adding a vintage-sounding octave feature to the well-respected Fuzzulator circuit, this Demeter Fuzzy Octavulator Pedal is amazing. Powered by a 9V battery or a 9V DC mini-plug (tip positive), it consists of all hand-soldered components, and has separate LED's for each independent, true-bypass circuit (orange for the Octave, and green for Fuzz). The Octave-Up effect is simple, yet powerful. Well-executed in every way, there is a small amount of grit added intentionally, but without the extraneous noise you might expect. Definitely reminiscent of some of the earliest octavers. It also has an internal trim pot to ensure the Octave effect will produce a symmetrical waveform.
The Fuzz circuit has knobs for Volume, Tone, and Fuzz, and a Master Gain control is located inside the pedal. A small toggle selects between 'Loose' or 'Tight' operation, and the combination of its different controls makes this fuzz extremely versatile. Rich mid-range, it sounds similar to some of the great classic rock fuzz/overdrives, and its tone control is particularly vibrant and dynamic. Kick on the octave and fuzz simultaneously, and you have yourself a world of new tones. Here in a bright green, you won't have to worry about finding it on your board. Quality components and sturdy construction, this Demeter Fuzzy Octavulator Pedal is the real deal.

Get the sound of classic, studio optical compression with this Demeter Compulator Pedal. Sure to keep your tone intact, the Compulator will not suck the life out of your sound. The trim pot sets the overall gain of the unit, and the compress knob controls the gain reduction of the input signal. A volume knob changes the output volume, and can be used to mix the levels of the affected and unaffected signals. This pedal can give you 30dB of gain reduction, with a maximum gain of 26dB. Whether your instrument is very hot, or you have weak pickups, this can give you the perfect amount of compression, without changing your tone.
"This is one fine compressor. Simple to dial in just the right amount of squeeze and it sounds fantastic." - John F.
