With the introduction of the double-blade pickup in 1983, Joe Barden set a new standard for performance and fidelity in electric guitar pickups. The goals were to enhance tone while faithfully maintaining the inherent sound qualities of each individual guitar, get more output, and cut down on noise. With Joe Barden pickups, you'll experience all of the classic tones of your guitar, completely free of hum or noise, magnified and enhanced to a level you might not have imagined possible. See for yourself why Joe Barden pickups are regarded as "the best pickups on the planet" and which of rock's most prominent artists have used them.

As Barden Engineering's newest dealer, we're pleased to offer some of the very best pickups on the planet. Want maximum dynamics, complexity, and clarity from your Tele or Strat without high-end harshness? Then look no further.
The T-Style pickups are the models that Joe Barden first offered. These innovative pickups created a new model of high-end replacement pickups as opposed to those that were merely variations on established designs or basic repair parts.
Originally designed for Danny Gatton (and with Danny testing every step of the way) they have become the first choice of professional Tele players worldwide. The tone of these pickups can be described as absolutely vintage in character, but with greatly expanded fidelity. The lows, mids, and highs are all equal in strength, eliminating the thin, or "tinny" sound that is often a problem with Tele-styled guitars.
The T-Neck is remarkable in that it can be adjusted so that its output is actually equal to the T-Bridge, thus solving the age-old Tele player's complaint: huge output differences between the bridge and neck pickups. While these pickups can be adjusted to greatly exceed the output level of stock pickups, the authentic Tele twang and snap is maintained, and any kind of noise, be it hum, hiss, or squeal, is completely eliminated.
T-Style pickups fit standard Tele body routs and require no modifications to the instrument. They utilize 4 conductor shielded cable to allow for any possible wiring combination and are supplied with wiring diagrams download and mounting hardware to facilitate installation.

As Barden Engineering's newest dealer, we're pleased to offer some of the very best pickups on the planet. Want maximum dynamics, complexity, and clarity from your Tele or Strat without high-end harshness? Then look no further.
The S-Deluxe models are the Strat-equivalent to the Danny Gatton Tele pickups. Two models are available; one for the bridge position and the other for the neck and middle positions.
The tone of the S-Deluxe is absolutely Strat in character, but with greatly expanded fidelity and a balanced frequency response. Of course, hum and noise are completely eliminated. These pickups are incredibly sensitive, giving you a wide range of tones and output levels simply by adjusting the distance of the pickup from the strings.
With S-Deluxe pickups, the "in-between" positions are wonderfully hollow, and the bridge pickup has the strength, snap, and twang typically experienced only in Telecasters. The unique staggered-blade design of the bridge pickup, common to all Joe Barden single-coil sized bridge pickups, eliminates drop-outs on the outer strings.
All S-Deluxe pickups are designed to fit standard Strat body routs with no modifications to the instrument. The pickups utilize 4 conductor shielded cable to allow for any possible wiring combination and are supplied with wiring diagrams download and mounting hardware to facilitate installation.
