The Grosh 60s Fat Strat Bridge Pickup with Base Plate is amazing. It retains all the characteristics of the 60s Vintage, but adds a thickness in the mids for extra push and cut. Check out what our own buddy Brian Soden had to say about the set on our blog at www.massresonator.com after installing them in his Retro Classic. He found the results to be outstanding. These have that true "sweet Strat" sound with a really beautiful bloom in the low end, and are instantly addicting. The installed Base Plate is a steel plate that will give you 10% more bass without changing the mids or highs, especially nice for larger than life leads.
