Featuring two highly evolved channels, this used Bogner Shiva EL34 1x12 Combo w/ Reverb is capable of pretty much everything, from the cleanest of tones, to a powerful, over-saturated growl. All around amazing, this amp sounds fantastic. With individual Reverb controls for each channel, and an included footswitch with Channel Switch, Boost, and Reverb buttons, you can dial in just the tones you are looking for. It's 80 Watts, has a tube-buffered effects loop, and is designed with a ported speaker enclosure for a full, rich sound. Holy smokes! This Bogner Mojado head is a little monster!! Running through a Cube, I was pulling out monstrous tones with this Seuf OF-20F. There is a decent amount of clean headroom on tap with a single coil guitar, using position 1 on the schizoid dial. The cleans are big and lush, and filled the room. Turning the amp past 12 o'clock, it gets nice and gritty with a little saturation. Never fizzy or harsh...just down right punchy and very assertive, which seems to be a Bogner trademark. When pegged, the drive gets thick and rich, but is still very manageable and cleans up very nicely with the guitar's volume knob. It's incredibly dynamic as well. When using a light pick attack, the amp's response is on the cleaner side, but when you dig in, the amp replies with more bark. This is SO cool, because you don't have to dance around quite as much on your pedals when trying to find clean or dirty sounds. I could see this being a total blast in pretty much any setting. Ported, to give the low end the authority of a 4 x 12" cab, yet properly tuned to avoid any of the "woofiness" usually associated with ported cabs. Mics think it's a 4 x 12, and the Celestion Vintage 30 has enough power handling capabilities to take up to 60 watts, plenty of headroom for even the nastiest of vintage 50 watt Marshall tops. Easy to carry and sized perfectly (just about 18" by 18") for many of Dr. Z's small box tops as well! This Bogner Cube is one of our all-time faves.

This Bogner Cube is a total freak of nature. This small cab in no way represents the typical 112 enclosure. It has a killer warm yet punchy low end and none of the inherent boxiness normally found in these smaller cabs. It's perfect for wide open clean or driving rock and it will not kill you trying to haul it around. Bogner has always made first class cabs and the Cube is no exception. "I absolutely LOVE the punch and presence this Bogner 412 Uberkab possesses. It's the perfect match with a Bogner Uberschall, however it performs equally as well with lower wattage heads and amps with lesser gain. I've plugged everything from 100 Plexis to Dumble clones into Ubercabs throughout the years and they all sound incredibly focused and clear, thanks to the two 75 watt Celestions. This Bogner Alchemist 212 Combo amp is a serious rocker! I plugged in the other day using the second channel and dialed in a long, trailing delay. Made me think of Steve Vai's Passion and Warfare album. Warm, rich with tons of gain on tap, but doesn't fall apart or get muddy at the higher gain settings. -Brian S.
