Finally here! I plugged this Xotic Custom Shop BBP MB with a Dr. Z Prescription Jr. combo and a Grosh Electrajet Custom w/P-90s for a whirl. This version of the BB allowed me to dial in my tone perfectly. Everything from a rich, full and gainy Neal Schon sound to a less gainy slightly mid-scooped SRV-ish vibe. I could definitely use this as a main overdrive unit on my board...plenty of gain. Plus, the Xotic effects are dead quiet...couple this with an AC Booster and you're talking huge, complex overdrive. When dialed in appropriately, I could even see this Xotic Custom Shop BBP MB being an ideal clean boost. I'm going to have to get one of these...you should too! - Brian S.
