This Taylor 416 CE 2008 Spring LTD is a first for Taylor in that it's a GS body and a CE. It's got the great low end of a larger dread along with the focused mid-range and smaller upper bout similar to a grand auditorium. This is incredibly versatile - a great low end for strumming but it also takes to fingerpicking really well. This Taylor 714CE 2008 Fall Limited takes one of Taylor's most popular models, the 714CE, and brings it to another level with the addition of Hawaiian Koa back and sides to complement the Western Red Cedar top. The whole guitar is set off beautifully with Indian Rosewood neck, body binding, and heel cap, gold plated tuners and an abalone rosette. The Western Red Cedar gives this instrument a great, airy sound with superb note definition - outstanding for fingerstyle players. This has the great Taylor Expression system and a Venetian cutaway.

The Taylor 307 Big Baby is a definite store favorite. This guitar is great for those just learning, and those looking for a second/backup or travel acoustic guitar. The top is solid Sitka Spruce with Sapele laminate back and sides, so you get good tone and volume. The neck is Mahogany with an Ebony fretboard and bridge. This Taylor GS E is a Fall 2008 Limited Edition from Taylor and it is spectacular. This has a pristine Sitka Spruce top with outstanding Cocobolo back and sides. Cocobolo, a member of the Rosewood family, is the closest wood to Brazilian Rosewood, with a rich, warm sound and it really shows here. This is also beautifully bound on the body and neck with Koa. The top is bordered with Abalone, also used on the rosette. The headstock and bridge are uniquely inlaid.
This GS style is one of the most versatile bodies available, giving you a little more bass with the lower bout than the GA style - equally great for strummers or fingerpickers.
