This vintage 1908 Gibson A1 Mandolin is in Excellent condition, especially for its age. Superb resonance, this mando sounds and looks wonderful. It's surprisingly loud, has a quick response, and a beautiful tone with seemingly endless sustain. It has a replacement radiused fretboard and new frets, as well as a new adjustable bridge. The result is great playability. Add that to its stellar sound, and you won't ever want to put it down. It has a gorgeous inlaid "The Gibson" logo on the headstock, and an early Gibson engraved tailpiece. No pickguard. This vintage 1962 Fender Champ amp is a knockout. Perfect if you're headed into the studio to record - it breaks up incredibly well. Tom Petty has relied on vintage Champs time and again for part of his studio sound. This '62 in Very Good Minus condition - it's all original save for the tubes and a few replaced screws, but there is some wear and tear on the tweed. The handle is intact too, though the leather is worn. This vintage 1962 Fender Champ has been thoroughly checked out and is operating beautifully. Serial# C17020. This vintage Gibson 1962 Melody Maker is simply fantastic. This double cutaway classic is in Very Good Plus condition and all original save for the volume pot which was replaced. The original pot is included, in the case, which is also the original croc style chip case. The tone pot dates to '61. This has some play wear, finish dings, etc as you'd expect after 50 years, but it's actually pretty clean. There are no structural issues either, no breaks, etc. There is some finish checking, but it's absolutely to be expected in an instrument of this age and looks beautiful.
The frets are in great shape with lots of life in them, and this is just supremely playable. The nutwidth is 1 11/16", scale is 24 3/4" and this MM weighs next to nothing (actually 5 lbs, 7 ozs, but who's counting.) This even comes with a swanky real vintage coil cord as well. Serial #89245. This 1962 Gibson ES-120T is in Excellent condition and sounds wonderful. One of the best 120Ts we have ever heard, it has a good punch, superb resonance, and great playability. This guitar is all original and has a beautiful burst finish and a single f-hole. Its raised pickguard houses its electronics - a single pickup (the same pickup as vintage Melody Makers) with volume and tone controls. Very minor playwear, there is a small piece missing out of its pickguard and a few small nicks on the body (see photos). Its finish checking is to be expected with its age, and it has good frets, a smooth neck, and a low-action that plays very well. Serial #53090. This NBN Acoustic Guitar has had its fair share of use, but is a great instrument. This was handmade in an old schoolhouse in Longmont, Colorado by expert craftsman Monty Novotny who produced exceptional guitars under the NBN name until 1976. One of the first small builders of the time to really take off, NBN had original, unique designs that were extremely well built, and this guitar is no exception. From its signature body shape, to its large volute, this acoustic was not meant to simply copy a Martin or a Gibson - NBN's design is all its own. It has a Sitka Spruce top, gorgeous East Indian Rosewood back and sides, offset bridge pins, and a beautiful peghead inlay.
This Consignment is a unique and rare instrument, but due to its current condition we are selling it 'As Is.' It has numerous open top cracks and sections of its binding have come off in places (see photos). A previous owner added a pickup with an input jack below the strap button, but it is not functional (see photo). It could also use a neck set and a refret. While it is playable now, this would make a great project guitar, or call the experienced luthiers in our Repair Shop for a professional restoration quote.

This vintage 1976 Fender® Tele Custom is awesome. Aside from its switch tip, strap buttons, and saddle springs, it is all original - right down to the original pots. In Excellent condition especially for its age, the frets are in good condition and it plays great. Solid vintage Fender tone, resonant body, and a great look with its natural finish and a black/white/black pickguard. It does show some playwear, including a worn finish spot on the back (see photos). Weighs in at 9 lbs 4 oz. A great buy, this 1976 Fender® Tele Custom comes with its original hard case. $3,000. This vintage 1973 Gibson EB-3 is awesome. A model introduced in 1961, this bass is all original and sounds fantastic. Loaded with a large 'Mudbucker' humbucking pickup in the neck, it has a Varitone switch that allows you to choose between four very different tones. From focused and distinct, to open and rich, to an extremely choked neck pickup sound, this bass is versatile.
In Very Good condition, it has some playwear including minor buckle rash, a few dings, and some wear on the neck finish (see photos). There is also a slight finish separation on the neck where it meets the body (see photo), but it is only aesthetic, not a crack. Serial # 176078, headstock stamped '2' (see photo). It doesn't get much sweeter than this vintage 1965 Gibson Firebird III! This is in Very Good condition and all original, including the super cool, plaid lined hard case. It's loaded with the three original P90 pickups. There is a small piece of wood missing in the pickup chamber on the bass side of the pickups - possibly something that happened in the factory. It is minor, doesn't affect the sound and is undetectable unless you take it apart.
Our shop recently cleaned all the electronics and this beauty sounds seriously incredible. The frets are in beautiful shape too. There is some play wear with a ding here and there, and some finish checking which is totally expected in something of this vintage, but this Firebird has a long life ahead. The original hard case is in Very Good condition (super spanky clean inside) but the handle is broken on one side. The serial # on this 1965 Gibson Firebird III is #509729. $4,000. This Fender® Vintage Pro Reverb is in Excellent condition, and sounds incredible. A prime example of the traditional Fender clean tone, with just the right amount of musical distortion when pushed, this 1976 amp is really fun to play. It's ready for the next several decades as it's had a complete capacitor replacement (extremely clean and well done cap job), a replaced reverb tank, plus a Presence control has been added to the back of the chassis (see photo). It also has non-original Vintage Series Weber speakers. All the rest is original.
Our amp tech at Underground Sound recently looked it over and did a few minor repairs for better playability. He exercised and cleaned the controls, adjusted the reverb can output resistance, and he reconnected the added Presence control. He also substituted two 12AX7s in the preamp stage for the lowest noise.
