Werco Banjo Ukulele

Werco Ukuleles - Banjo Ukulele

This is a really fun vintage Werco Banjo Ukulele in Very Good condition. The neck on this is chrome-plated metal and fluted, identical to Dixie banjo uke necks (probably same factory), with Werco's label imprinted in the back of the headstock. This is 13 1/4" scale with 17 integral frets and a 7 1/8" plastic head. A heck of a lot of fun to play and quite a looker with a blue metal flake finish on the wood rim! $275 Consignment item, sorry no free shipping. USED

Gibson 1917 A

Gibson Mandolins - 1917 A

Really nice vintage Gibson 1917 Gibson A mandolin. This is in Very Good condition and comes with a newer hard case. This has great action with that big, woody vintage Gibson sound and is a great player. It has modern tuners with old style bushings and a new replacement adjustable bridge. The tailpiece is original. It has been professionally refretted with modern, larger frets. The original finish is in good shape, with some finish touch up on the sides and back, which appears to have been reglued at some time. There is a small repaired crack on the bout end of the back too. All in all, this is a great mando, a real player, and gives you that fantastic, big traditional sound. Serial # 37496. $1,200. Gibson 1927 F-2

Gibson Mandolins - 1927 F-2

New Price! This beautiful vintage 1927 Gibson F-2 mandolin is in Excellent original condition. We originally thought it to be a '25, but it's definitely a '27 - and in superb shape. The finish is bright and shiny, there are no cracks or separations. The frets are in excellent condition and the neck angle and playability are excellent. This is very playable and has an exceptional dynamic range. The original hard case is also in Excellent original condition with the exception of a new handle - the green velvet case lining is fresh and bright. The serial number is partially faded, but we can discern 844_7. A very nice 1927 Gibson F-2 mandolin. USED

Gibson 1978 Les Paul Custom

Gibson Solid-Body Electrics - 1978 Les Paul Custom

Here is an amazing 1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom with a perfect 2-Tone Burst. This guitar is in Very Good Plus condition, with just the right amount of wear. Typical belt buckle scratches and a few small dings here and there. The finish is wearing off on the neck where someone spent most of the guitar's life playing in A, but nothing serious or in any way compromising the playability, or its vintage cool factor. The top is a really nice 1-piece subtle grain Maple with a solid Mahogany body. The Ebony fingerboard and inlays are in perfect condition with no gouging.

The binding has aged nicely and is perfect, with just a slight bit of checking. The gold hardware has tarnished, especially on the edges of the bridge, tailpiece and front pickup cover. Machine heads are in excellent shape physically and mechanically. The bridge pickup has been replaced with a Gibson Bill Lawrence designed HB-L which is brand new old stock circa 1980. This is a fantastic pickup. This is an extremely strong resonant guitar with incredible acoustic sustain. You can tell before you ever plug it in that you're going to get everything you expect from a Les Paul that's done correctly. Frets have been freshly dressed and still have a lot of life. The guitar simply plays incredible - lightening fast, and perfectly in-tune. All in all one of the best 70s Les Pauls we've come across. Comes with the original hard case as well. s/n: 71458543 USED
